Our Home
The restoration home was a former school building that is being refurbished for housing men, women and families who are working with the church to better their lives.
The "home" includes separate living areas for men and women (each with 2 full baths), a children's playroom, kitchen, tv room and a chapel / prayer room. We also have in the same building housing for volunteer leaders and interns.
While the restoration home once was a school the last thing we want is for it to feel like an institution. Like any good home there are rules but our goal is to set a family atmosphere. A place where we live and eat together as we grow in the Lord.
Our Philosophy
The Bible teaches that as individuals draw closer to Jesus the past hurts and sin that once enslaved them looses its grip. Freeing the Believer to truly live. As John 8:32 declares, "you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free."
Therefore, participants are taught and expected to live a productive Christ centered life with discipleship that embraces all dynamics of life (Spiritual - Occupational - Life Skills)
The men and women in our homes are not coming to a shelter, a rehab nor a half-way house. We're inviting them to be an active part of Inspired Heights Ministries. Together we're the church and we're on a mission.
Addictions Group
Part of our Restoration Home's "curriculum" is a weekly addictions class called Free Indeed. A class and group discussion that focuses upon Biblical principles to find lasting freedom from life controlling habits and addictions. These classes and group discussions are open to the public.
